How to Search for Jobs
1. Start Your Search
Access the Job Search Tool:
Click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select Browse.
Use the "Start Your Search" Panel:
When would you like to start? Specify job start and end dates to filter relevant opportunities.
Click Search to display jobs that match your criteria.
2. Apply Filters
Refine your search results using these filters:
Location: Filter by regions or cities to find nearby jobs.
Job Type: Choose roles like pickers, packers, or vineyard managers.
Sector and Product Group: Focus on specific industries such as horticulture or logistics.
Proposals Submitted: Filter jobs by the number of proposals already submitted to identify competitive opportunities.
Filters are accessible via the left pane on the results page.
3. Review Job Listings
Click on a job listing to view:
Job Description: Detailed tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements: Necessary qualifications, experience, or certifications.
Duration & Availability: Job timelines and working hours.
Hirer Profile: Information about the hiring organisation.
Submitting a Job Proposal
1. Select a Service
When viewing a job:
Click Submit your job proposal.
Choose the service listing that best aligns with the job requirements.
2. Write Your Proposal
Complete the proposal by:
Highlighting your relevant experience, skills, and value.
Explaining why you’re the ideal fit for the job.
Click Submit to send your proposal directly to the hirer.
