Quick Access Cards

Each job comes with intuitive cards for quick navigation:

  • Site Information: View location details, contact information, and site-specific policies.

  • Hirer/Supplier Contacts: Instantly access contact details for your job partners.

  • Notice Board: Stay updated with key announcements or notes relevant to the job.

  • Tasks: Monitor assigned tasks, track their progress, and see completion statuses.

  • Files & Policies: Store and access important documents, including site policies and compliance forms.

  • Schedule: Keep track of timelines and upcoming milestones.

For Hirers

  • Manage Job Details: Update site-specific data and view supplier profiles.

  • Amend Job Dates: Adjust job timelines if necessary.

  • Team Management: Check the status and roles of your team members.

  • Cancel Job: If unforeseen circumstances arise, cancel jobs directly from the dashboard.

For Suppliers

  • Access Job Proposals: Review job details and confirm participation.

Navigating the Dashboard

1. View and Manage Jobs

  • Navigate to your dashboard by selecting Base from the menu.

  • Here, you’ll see a list of all your jobs, whether upcoming, current, or completed.

2. Explore Job Cards

  • Click on any job card to expand its details.

  • View essential information like job duration, assigned workers, and current progress.

3. Update and Manage

  • Hirers and Suppliers can amend job dates, upload documents, or assign new tasks directly from the dashboard.

  • Any changes or updates will automatically notify the relevant parties.
