Welcome to Jobloads! This guide will help you get started with our platform, from understanding what Jobloads is to setting up your account and using our core features.

What is Jobloads?

Jobloads is a digital platform designed to simplify and streamline seasonal job management. Our platform connects businesses with contractors and subcontractors, providing tools for job scheduling, contractor coordination, compliance tracking, and workforce management. Whether you're a hirer looking to manage multiple job postings or a supplier seeking new opportunities, Jobloads has the tools you need to succeed.

Setting Up Your Jobloads Account

  1. Sign Up:

    • Go to the Jobloads website and click on the "Pricing + Sign Up" button or click here.

    • Select a Membership plan that suits you and whether you will join on a Hirer or Supplier account. You'll be able to try Jobloads for free until you create or accept your first job. No credit card required.

    • Fill in your details, including your name, email address, and company name.

    • Set your password and then you're in!

Navigating the Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard is your command center on Jobloads. Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Real-time Updates: Keep track of all your ongoing activities and notifications.

  • Centralised Operations: Manage tasks, messages, and updates all in one place.

  • Quick Access to Features: Easily navigate to key features such as job postings, compliance information, and contractor management.

  1. Set Up Your Account

    • On the Home section there are tasks to complete to optimise your Jobloads experience like verifying your email, and entering detailed information about your business, including your New Zealand Business Number (NZBN).

    • Complete your personal and organisation profiles and add any relevant documentation (e.g., insurance coverage, compliance certifications).

    • Set up your first Site as a Hirer or Service Listing as a Supplier.

    • Go to the "Create your first Site" or "Create your first Service Listing" section and create detailed site or service listings for your business.

  3. Invite Team Members:

    • Go to the "Invite Users" section and send invitations to your team members.

    • Each member will receive an email invitation to join you on Jobloads and complete their profile.

  4. Request a Review (For Supplier accounts):

    • Go to the "Request a Review" section and send invitations to past clients to share a review about your services.

  5. Refer a Supplier (For Hirer accounts):

    • Go to the "Refer a Supplier" section and send invitations to suppliers you know to list their services on Jobloads.

  6. Create a Job (For Hirer accounts):

    • You can create your first Job Proposal, create a job to manage internal tasks, or hire a service provider on the marketplace.

  7. Accept a Job (For Supplier accounts):

    • Once you've completed your Service Listing you can respond to any Job Proposals, or wait for a Hirer to respond to your Service Listing. Jobloads is free until you accept your first job.

      • Standards for Hirers on jobs including more about respect for the supplying team, and their service and payment terms.

    • Ratings and Reviews: Use our ratings and reviews system to ensure quality.

  4. Highlight Site Facilities:

    • Add Site Compliance Information: Share compliance information, key reminders, and facilities with first-time visitors.

    • Ensure Preparedness: Make sure everyone is well-informed before they arrive on-site.

  5. Showcase Service Offerings:

    • List your Services: Create detailed listings for your services, including descriptions, availability, labour resources, photos, and pricing to market their business.

How do I create or accept a job listing?

  • Hirer accounts navigate to the "Create a Job" section on your dashboard, fill out the job details, and publish the listing. Jobloads is free until you create your first job.

  • Supplier accounts can respond to any Job Proposals on the marketplace, or wait for a Hirer to respond to your Service Listing. Jobloads is free until you accept your first job.

How can I invite contractors?

  • Go to the "Refer a Supplier" section and send invitations to suppliers you know to list their services on Jobloads.

What is the Jobloads Pro, powered by Staff Sync add-on?

How do I track job progress?

  • From the menu navigate to your "Jobs" to see all jobs that are starting soon, in progress, or completed on a single timeline view.
