Overview

Creating a detailed service listing is the first step to showcasing your skills and availability to Hirers. Follow these steps to ensure your service stands out and meets the expectations of potential clients.

Steps to Create a Service Listing

1. Access the Service Listing Page

  • Log in to your Jobloads account.

  • From the dashboard, click Sites & Listings in the menu, then select Create Service Listing.

2. Fill in the Basic Details

  • Service Name: Provide a clear and descriptive title for your service (e.g., "Harvesting and Packing Team").

  • Industry and Sector: Select the relevant industry (e.g., agriculture) and sector (e.g., picking, packing).

  • Location: Specify where your service is available.

3. Describe Your Service

  • Service Description: Write a detailed summary of what you offer. Highlight your expertise, equipment, and any additional benefits, such as transportation or specialised tools.

  • Team Size: Specify the number of workers available in your team.

4. Add Compliance and Documentation

  • Certifications: Upload any relevant certifications (e.g., health and safety, pesticide handling).

  • Insurance: Attach proof of insurance, if applicable.

5. Set Pricing and Availability

  • Pricing: Define your rates (hourly, piece rate, or customised pricing). Ensure transparency by including any on-costs like equipment fees.

  • Availability: Set the dates and times when your service is available. This helps Hirers book you during your open slots.

6. Include Visuals

  • Photos: Upload images of your team, equipment, or previous jobs. Visuals help build trust and attract Hirers.

7. Review and Publish

  • Double-check all the details for accuracy.

  • Click Publish to make your listing live.

Best Practices

  • Keep it Updated: Regularly update your availability, pricing, and descriptions to reflect any changes.

  • Be Transparent: Clearly state any limitations or additional costs upfront to manage expectations.

  • Highlight Your Strengths: Showcase unique selling points like specialised equipment or a highly experienced team.

What’s Next?

Once your service listing is live, it’s visible to Hirers browsing the platform. You can start receiving job proposals or inquiries about your services.
