Zero-Tolerance Policy Against Discrimination and Misconduct

Jobloads enforces a zero-tolerance policy against:

  • Discrimination

  • Harassment

  • Bullying

  • Victimisation

  • Violence

All members are expected to comply with applicable equal opportunity laws and uphold these standards.

Prohibited Conduct Includes:

  • Identity Falsification: Misrepresenting your own or someone else’s identity.

  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else.

  • Harassment or Abuse: Threatening, intimidating, or harassing another user.

  • Hateful Content: Sharing discriminatory or hateful messages, targeting protected characteristics.

  • Illegal Content: Posting or sharing content that violates any law or regulation.

  • Sexual Content: Sharing or posting sexually explicit material.

  • Defamatory Content: Spreading false, harmful information about others.

  • Private Information: Sharing others’ personal information without consent.

  • Content Exploitation: Reverse-engineering the service to find vulnerabilities.

We actively monitor and remove content that violates these standards, whether it appears in service descriptions, job postings, messages, or any other platform interactions.


Unacceptable Language, Symbolism, and Behaviour

Jobloads does not tolerate language, symbols, or actions that undermine our values of inclusion and respect.

Examples of Unacceptable Actions:

  • Hate Speech: Language inciting hatred or violence against groups based on protected characteristics.

  • Offensive Symbolism: Use of symbols widely recognised as hateful or offensive.

  • Racial Profiling: Singling out individuals based on race or ethnicity without cause.

  • Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome sexual advances, comments, or conduct.

  • Disability Discrimination: Denying opportunities or creating barriers for individuals with disabilities.


What Happens When Standards Are Violated?

Jobloads is committed to enforcing these standards to ensure a safe and respectful platform. Suppliers and Hirers must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws.

  • Pay workers fairly and on time.

  • Provide a safe working environment.

  • Respect workers’ rights and uphold the Inclusion and Respect Policy.

Consequences of Violations:

  • Membership Loss: Removal from the Jobloads Network.

  • Legal Reporting: Non-compliance may be reported to relevant authorities.

  • Immediate Termination: Accounts may be terminated without notice if they pose severe harm.

For less severe violations, Jobloads will take a case-by-case approach to resolve the issue.

🎈 As an independent business, Jobloads reserves the right to deny service to individuals or organisations that conflict with our values.


Appeals Process

If your account is terminated without notice, the decision is final.
For other cases, appeals may be submitted in good faith to [email protected] within 14 calendar days.
